No-Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, and we're committed to providing exceptional care and service to every client. To ensure appointment availability for all, we kindly ask that you review our policy:
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Text us if it is less than 24 hours, so that we may reschedule your appointment.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will be required to prepay for future bookings.
- Arriving Late: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining appointment time. However, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
